How to protect your pc from a Pendrive with Virus

Today i am presenting a Tip to keep your PC (Windows) free from virus. First of all you need two operating systems: one based on Windows and the other base on linux. If you are getting a pendrive with virus you can boot the Linux OS first. Now you have to plug the pendrive. The Linux OS shows whether you want the system to 'autorun' the pendrive or to cancel it. Click on cancel. Now in computer open the removable disk (pendrive). You will be able to see an Autorun.inf file. Delete the file from the pendrive. This is done first because even if we delete the virus application, this autorun.inf file automatically creates a fresh copy of the virus application. Though we remove the autorun.inf file, there is a chance of infection if you run the virus program. So in order to avoid such things before rebooting to Windows you need to detect the virus application. For this you need to right click on folders that you think are infected by virus(they may be folders, new folders and unknown folders) then you will see an option to run that application and this way you can detect the virus. Now you need to disable it. One of the special features of linux is that you can edit the commands of an application by it. Now right click open it with some notepad like program and delete some codes in it. Now if you click on the application it won't run properly. Or else you can delete the .exe file of the suspected virus application. Now if you use this in windows based OS your system won't be affected by Virus.
