The Samsung Galaxy S3 has a larger dimension of 4.8 inch making your view more comfortable whereas the iPhone 4S has smaller- 3.5 inch display and the advantage goes to S3.

Handling

iPhone 4S is very easy to hold but i bet it is very difficult for you to handle S3 because of its larger dimesnions. And as a result we can operate 4S with one hand where as for the S3 you need both your hands to operate this and the advantage goes to 4S.

Both the phones have an entirely different operating system. HTC WildFire S smartphone To Be Launced In Canada: Specifications, Price, Details

The HTC Smartphone will be released in Canada on June 17 ( most probably) by Bell. The name given to it is HTC WildFire S smartphone. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Other features include a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi , GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, 5MP camera, 3.5mm headset jack, and a 600MHz processor. The price has not been announced yet.

LG Optimus Black Smartphone to be launched in UK

LG Optimus Black will be launched in UK by T-mobile next month. The exact date was not mentioned by them. The Optimus Black is running on Android 2.2 froyo OS. Other features include 4-inch WVGA Nova display, a 1GHz TI OMAP processor, a rear 5MP camera with 720p video recording, a front-facing 2MP camera, Wi-Fi, HSPA, and GPS.

LG OPTIMUS PAD TO BE RELEASED

LG has announced their new LG Optimus Pad following Samsung and Apple. It is probably to be released next year. The Optimus pad will run on dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 system and Google Android. The releasing of the 8.9-inch LG pad will be global.

It will support Adobe Flash player 10.1 , 1080p HD streaming and has a capacity up to 140 hours music playback and 16hours HD video playback.
"While the existing tablet PCs focus on e-book, movie, music and the Internet functions, LG's new tablet PC is jumping into the market with more diverse contents based on powerful functions," announced an LG official.

HTC WILDFIRE SMARTPHONE IN US

HTC announced the availability of its Android smartphone namely HTC Wildfire. The Wildfire is expected to arrive on AME regional carrier in Q4 2010(that could be Cricket, MetroPCS, Cellular South, US cellular and more).
The OS that it uses is Android 2.1 along with HTC sense. The wildfire has a 3.2-inch multitouch capacitive display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixles, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headset jack, stereo Bluetooth, microSD card slot and 5 Mega Pixel autofocus camera with LED flash.
The HTC wildfire smartphone will soon be available in European market too.

NTT DOCOMO TO LAUNCH SAMSUNG GALAXY S(SC-02B) ON OCTOBER 28TH

The leading Japanese Mobile operator NTT DOCOMO has scheduled its launch of Samsung's most popular smartphone known as Samsung Galaxy S(SC-02B) on October 28th , 2010. The galaxy comes with sp-mode service and an e-book distribution service.
The smartphone uses 1GHz processor and runs on Google Android 2.2 OS. It has been integrated access to DoCoMo market, samsung apps and also Android market. Other features include 4-inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels(VGA), Wi-Fi, 5MP camera along with 720p HD video
recording and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.

The dimensions are 122 x 64 x 9.9 mm and has a weight of 118g. The price has not been announced yet.
