Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101

Asus has introduced its new Honeycomb tablet named Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101. The Tablet uses Google's Android 3.0 or higher OS along with Adobe® Flash® 10.2 support. The screen resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels and the screen size is 10.1 inches. The Dimesions are 10.6 x 6.9 x 0.5 inches with weight 1.5 lb (960 g). It support networks: 802.11b, 802.11g & 802.11n.

 

The battery is rechargable type and has a life of 16 hours. For its extra multi tasking and 1080p video playback it uses NVIDIA® Tegra™ 2 1.0GHz dual-core CPU. The Transformer has a QWERTY keypad. TF101 has a 1.2 M Pixel Front Camera and a 5 M Pixel Rear Camera.

The sensors include G-Sensor, Light Sensor, Gyroscope, E-Compass and GPS. Wireless Data Network include WLAN 802.11 b/g/n@2.4GHz and Bluetooth V2.1+EDR. Other features such as web browser, flash support, 16 Gb storage capacity, camera, video chatting, two USB ports,3D stereo, SD and Micro SD card readers adds to the list. Its price is $579.99.

ASUS U41 ULTRA THIN NOTEBOOK TO BE ON MARKET

Asus has introduced its new laptop, the Asus U41. It's lid is finished with Aluminium along with Silver and Black options.The Notebook is about 27mm thick. The processor is Intel Core i3 or i5 with 2.66GHZ. The 8GB RAM and 320-640 GB harddrive adds to the list.
The notebook has a LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels. nVidia GeForce GT 425M GPU with 1GB does the graphics part. It has features to reduce power consumption. Other features include DVD burner, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3 MP MP webcam, 4 in 1 card reader. TheOS is Windows 7. It has 6 celled or 8 celled battery with different rates. Its weight is 2Kg and dimension is 33.8 x 25 x 2.54 cm. Release date is note known.

ASUS Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 RELEASED IN UK

Asus has finally released their ASUS Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 in UK yesterday. Straight forward the price is £499($798).

The Laptop was introduced in september. The laptop is designed with help of lamborghini. The lambhorghini badge is fitted on the lid. Turn overs had made it a netbook. The Lambhorghini styled shell with 297 x 204 x 28.7mm dimension and with a weight of 1.5 kg started its duty on UK.
The netbook is powered by Intel Atom D525 (dual-core, 1.8GHz) processor and has 2GB DDR3 RAM. The latest Nvidia Ion 2 with Optimus tech is used in the notebook.

Other details include 250GB Hard drive, bluetooth 3.0, VGA, HDMI, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB 2.0, 3.5mm headphone, 3.5mm line-in, MMC/SD Card reader and a webcam of 1.3MP camera. The battery that it uses is 6-celled lithium-ion and has a battery life up to 6 hours. It runs on windows 7 Home Premium OS.
The chipset that it uses is Intel NM10. the screen is 12.1" one with LED-backlit with 1366 x 768 resolution. The whole system has a Global 1-year collect and return warranty.

Asus EEE PC 1015PW FANCY NETBOOK

Asus introduces its fancy Royal Purple Shell named ASUS Eee PC 1015PW. The clearcut aim of it is the feminine audience. The Purple coloured has almost same specs as ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM.
The Taiwanese company boasted the netbook with a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 dual-core CPU, 250GB or 320GB hard drive with plus 500GB cloudy ASUS storage.

The new Queen has a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1024 x 6000 pixel, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, webcam, card reader and along with ergonomic Chiclet keyboard(with large touchpad).
Other features include F9 failsafe system recovery, ASUS Expressgate fast booting OS and 10 hour of battery life that utilized its Super Hybrid engineering technology. The cost as well as its availability is not yet known.

ASUS 1215N DETAILS, PRICE AND SPECIFICATIONS

Asus 1215N is a stylish notebook which is similar to the VX6, almost identical. The entire body is finished with matte. The matte finish reduces finger print and helps in easy maintainance.  It is slim as the Seashell series and is also light enough to be carried.

The 1215N uses 2GB RAM, 1.8GHz Atom D525 processor and Windows 7.  It is observed that PC gaming is not suite for this laptop.

The trackpad is smooth enough and is easy to use. However the two mouse buttons are very hard to press and only give in towards the edge. Another draw back is that it expells lot of warm air even while just surfing the net. It will be compensated by a much greater fan speed and there by reducing battery.
Battery
The netbook uses 6-cell 47Whr battery pack. Its battery life is about 2hrs and 30 min. But in doing non graphics task it showed much progress up to 4 hours.
The 1215N would be on market towards the end of November. Asus just gave the cost as Rs.26,999 for the following sets

 Asus G73 and G53 3D gaming latops are on European market for sale. It works on Intel Calpella platform along with nvidia 3D vision , 120Hz refresh rate LED backlit screen with nvidia 3D vision kit.
G73 is with a 1.73GHz Intel Core i7-740QM processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB(1000GB) Hard drive,  GeForce GTX 460M graphics accelerator, Blu-ray writer, Gigabit ethernet lan, Wi-fi, Webcam and 8-in-1 Card reader. It has 17.3 inch display.

G53 with its 15.6 inch display comes with the same CPU with 6GB RAM, 750 GB hard drive , 1 USB 3.0 port and Blu-ray drive. The price of G53 is  €1,899 and that of G73 is €2,199.
